Your email address, and nothing else.
This site collects one thing: the email address you type into the beta form, so that we can write to you once when the Col de Berg beta opens. This notice says who we are, what happens to that address, and how to have it deleted.

Who we are
Col de Berg is made by Snapp Technology: Snapp Future Technology Limited, a company registered in Ireland, company number 820438, with its registered office at Moydilliga, Conna, Fermoy, Co. Cork, P51 X5X0, Ireland. We decide what happens to the data described here, which makes us its controller under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What we collect
- Your email address, when you type it into the form and ask to be notified.
- When you signed up, and the IP address the request came from. Our email service records these with your address. They are how we can show that you asked to be on the list.
Nothing else. The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking. It loads nothing from other companies: its text, typefaces and pictures are all served from this site. Nothing is sent anywhere until you submit the form.
What we use it for
To send you one email when the Col de Berg beta opens. We will not send you a newsletter, add you to any other list, or use your address for anything else, and we never sell or share it. If we ever want to write to you about something else, we will ask you first.
Our legal basis
Your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), which you give by submitting the form. You can withdraw it at any time, with the unsubscribe link in the email or by writing to us, and we will delete your address. Withdrawing does not make anything we did before it unlawful.
Who handles it for us
- MailerLite keeps the list and sends the email on our behalf, as our processor under its data processing terms. The company we contract with is MailerLite Limited, 88 Harcourt Street, Dublin 2, D02 DK18, Ireland, and MailerLite stores subscriber data in the European Union. Its own policy is at mailerlite.com/legal/privacy-policy.
- CodeFloe hosts this website, on servers in Germany. Like any web server, they receive your IP address in order to send you the page.
How long we keep it
Until we have sent the email about the beta. Then we delete the list. If you unsubscribe, or ask us to delete your address, before then, we delete it straight away.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict what we do with it, or to have it in a form you can take elsewhere. Write to projects@snapp.technology and we will answer within a month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie, or to the data protection authority where you live.
Changes
If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it. We will not start using your address for anything new on the strength of a changed notice: we would ask you again.
